Position Title: Senior Web Developer (Engineer) – Search Marketing Division
Location: FT. Lauderdale, FL

POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager for MediaWhiz Email
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: N/A

POSITION PURPOSE: MediaWhiz is one of the largest and fastest growing online agencies in the US and we’re looking for a self-motivated, independent developer who is ‘switched on’. You’ll work with a small, talented team of developers and designers to create websites and search marketing technology for our fast-growing MediaWhiz Search division. You’ll have an excellent portfolio of websites/applications that demonstrate your development skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience of ASP.net development for intranets and websites. VB.net/C#.net development experience
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization a Plus
  • Experience with Search Algorithms, Analytics & Implementing 3rd Party API’s highly desirable (Google).
  • A portfolio of websites/applications that demonstrate your development skills.
  • Structured Project Environment background Preferred
  • Proven experience of creating and writing stored procedures and SQL of simple to medium complexity.
  • Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server configuration.
  • Reporting interface design an advantage.
  • Experience of distributed architecture and high performance data collection is desirable.
  • A working knowledge of HTML/CSS essential.
  • Experience working a in team with VSS.
  • Light graphic capabilities.
  • GUI Development
  • Backend Development
