Position Title: Email Campaign Manager
Location: FT. Lauderdale, FL

POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager for MediaWhiz Email
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: N/A

POSITION PURPOSE: The Email Campaign Manager will ensure quality execution of our email campaigns, utilizing our proprietary WhiteDelivery platform to launch and analyze email campaigns on a daily basis. The right candidate must be able to understand targeting, test design, campaign execution and campaign management, while working in a fast-paced business environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet strict deadlines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Own, prioritize, and maximize email campaign calendar
• Manage the deployment of email campaigns (from analyzing best data targets to mail to, to selecting top-performing email creative and subject lines, to working closely with Email Analyst to optimize campaigns)
• Communicate results of campaign and make recommendations to Sales Team and senior management, as needed
• Monitor all campaign progress daily and provide weekly reports and updates
• Make recommendations for improving processes and maximizing revenues
• Liaison with the General Manager, Email Delivery Manager, and Systems Architect for all technical issues.
• Communicate progress, issues, or changes with client data immediately

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years experience in online marketing, preferably for an online e-retailer or e-commerce company
• Internet-savvy with comprehensive understanding of online marketing
• Creative with ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of basic HTML, and proficient in MS Excel
• Analytical Skills
